Private Tours

Magical Tours is here to offer you personal, one-on-one attention from any of our former Walt Disney World Cast Member tour guides.

Unlike our group tours, our private tours cover all of the Walt Disney World property - which means that if you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel, our guides can be there at your side from the moment they greet you in the lobby until the hour they say goodnight.

And even if you are not staying at Walt Disney World our guides can be there to meet you the moment you arrive at on the property until the time comes for you to head back to your hotel for the night!

On top of that, all of our private tours are planned out, in advance, with your likes, dislikes and desires in mind. Our tour guides will work with you, before your vacation arrives, to help you set up an itinerary tailored to your tastes. While our itineraries are always optional, rest assured they are completely designed with the utmost care using our knowledge and experience to make sure that you get not only the most, but the absolute best, out of your stay at Walt Disney World.

That means that if you would like a guide to meet you in the lobby of your Disney resort hotel at 8:00 AM in the morning, then that guide will be available to you for the remainder of the day until 8:00 PM that evening. We strongly recommend an early start to your day to avoid many of the crowds and lines.

The cost of our guides for private guided tours are $600 for 12 consecutive hours of their use per day of your tour. That comes out to $50 an hour - about half of what most private tour guides (including Walt Disney World Guest Relations) charge for the same services! Private tours are meant for small parties of 7 or fewer guests. Should your needs be for more than 7 guests or for a number of hours that fall outside of our normal operation times, please feel free to contact us for special pricing on an individual basis.

Chartered Tours for groups of 10 or more traveling to Walt Disney World - with tours starting at $20.00 per person, and...
Pre-scheduled Open Group Tours that anyone can sign up for and join, whether you have a large group or are just touring the parks all on your own - with tours starting at $25.00 per person!
All of our tours are designed with your full enjoyment in mind and are hosted by former Walt Disney World Cast Members, so you can expect to see all the best Disney has to offer!
Group tours are the economical alternative to a private tour allowing you, your family, or your group to benefit from all of our guides' inside knowledge while still keeping within your budget!

Avoiding The Long Lines and Crowds
While no one can guarantee there won't be any long lines at the parks, what we can assure you is that with our knowledge of crowd patterns and Disney's Fast Pass system, you won't be wasting your time all day waiting in the long lines. On top of that, you can expect us to be there to help you pick out dining choices that best suit your needs, offer all kinds of tips for shopping and exploration, and do our best to make sure that you get the overall most out of your Disney experience!

Charter Group Tours
Magical Tours is available to offer personalized guide service for your charter group of 10 or more. You pick the dates and park and we will meet you there to offer all of our expertise and inside knowledge to make your group's visit one they will never forget!

Charter Tour Pricing
Magical Tours offers discounted group rates based on the number of attendees ranging from $20.00 per person to $30.00 per person (depending on the season or any special events). Also be sure to ask about discounts for student and senior charter groups. Children 3 and under are free but do not count towards the minimum of 10 guests needed for a group rate. All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. Tour cost does not include park admission. All guests are required to furnish their own park tickets and passes as needed.

Cancellations

Should the need arise to cancel your private guided tour we ask that you do so as soon as possible and no later than 20 days before your planned tour date to assure you are eligible for a refund. Please understand that any refunds given for cancellations of private guided tours may be minus a $50 fee to cover time spent by our guides planning itineraries for your vacation.

Tours canceled less than 20 days before your original tour date may not be eligible for any refund.
