The Orange County Convention Center on International Drive can host events
from the smallest to the largest. Present bookings extend to the next 20
years. Capacity is 2,000,000 sf.
Many of the larger hotels also have first-rate convention facilities available to you.

CWS staff of professional greeters are ready and eager to assist
you in expeditiously transfering your guests.
We will meet and greet a party of one or thousands and coordinate their
movement to your destination.
We will escort your people and luggage
to the waiting vehicle, and answer any questions.
CWS will work closely with any AIRPORT PERMITTED transportation company
you may designate.
If you desire, we will provide for courteous and
insured limo, taxi, van or bus vehicles and drivers. Ask for our rate quote.
CWS TOURS MEET & GREET Service;
There is NO CHARGE for meet & greet service when using CWS Tours transfers.
Payment methods:
By Pre-payment ONLY, at least 7 days in advance by PayPal email, or USD Check.
Hotel reservations require 1 nights deposit at least 7 days in advance, or pay in full.
Most hotels also available on walk-in basis, unless heavily booked.
