Lease Agreement

LESSEE and CWS TOURS agree to the following:
Upon LESSEE payment of good consideration for a link on one page, CWS Tours agrees to forward link click request leads to LESSEE, generated by that pages link. Term of agreement is on an annual basis, automatically terminating at the end of the twelth month. Should CWS permanently cease operations during term of agreement, then a prorated monthly rebate will be made. Temporary service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control are non-actionable.

Renewal of lease for an additional year shall be at the pleasure of both parties, and be completed before 30 days of expiration.

No representation is made as to number of requests LESSEE may or will receive. Quote requests convertible to actual jobs, is wholly dependent upon LESSEE marketing skills.
